Our Commitment to Ethical Student Recruitment
Every recommendation and application should protect student choice, accuracy and integrity.
Student choice
Explain options, relevant limitations and the source of important facts so the student can make an informed decision.
Accurate applications
Use authentic student information and documents. Refuse fabricated academic, employment, volunteering, reference or experience claims.
Transparent relationships
Disclose relevant fees, commissions and conflicts once the commercial model is verified. Do not allow an undisclosed relationship to replace student fit.
Responsible communication
Do not guarantee admission, visas, scholarships, accommodation, employment, sponsorship or referrals.
Accountability
Maintain a clear complaints route and connect ethical concerns to the Student Charter and Quality & Standards pages.
